vr exhaust

Hey guys,
I hav a vr with a 2 1/2 inch sports exhaust but im not completely happy with it
im thinking of getting a hotdog put in. what you think??
Heard high flow cats are a waste of money. Thanks

Whats the rear setup like? IE mufflers, resonators, width???

I have extractors -> high flow cat - > single 8x4" glasspack - > 2.5" piping. Sounds alright

Just 2.5" pipe, one muffler and no resonator.

v6 manual get a 2 1/2 or 2 3/4 exhaust with just hotdog/resignator, auto sounds droney....v8 i got 3" with just hotdog/res. ....Use gears to slow down and it crackel n pops nice

hi flow cat if you done eveything else.. is pricey for the performane obtained.....KnN filter and ram air air induction 1st with your extractors n exhaust then thats your cheap power gain
