ok the tappet/rocker cover is simple, try nipping up the bolts to see if any are loose. if all are tight n ok, the gasket is a rubber on that sits inside the rocker must be either dodge or isnt sitting right. the gasket is from memory around $27 for 2 (both sides). remove the 6 bolts and replace the gasket, its fiddly but a bit of grease in spots in the grooves holds it in place while u place it and tighten up.

the spring tensioner is a lil bit more involved as its connected to the heater system which means u'll need coolent and to bleed the system after replacement. cost is about $150 from memory (been a while since i've done one) take note of the belts orientation, can be tricky if u cant remember. start to remove the alt of its mount, n move it out the way. u'll see whats in the way, and what needs to be removed. ur best bet is grab urself a manual and follow it for replacement, but its not too hard at all if ur logically inclined.

    good luck
