Vs Tacho Out

Hey,
I have recently installed one of the white backing guage overlays to my speedo cluster, Before i removed the needles i didnot take note of where the needles where.

I think my speed guage is correct (I can easily test that), however i think my tacho is out, (Says im ideling at about 250rpm) Can somebody please tell me where the tacho sits when the ignition is switched off. (Not sure if it sits on 0 or under 0)

Dead smack on zero.

Thanks mate,
When i put mine back on i must have put it lower than zero,
either that or it idles extremely low
