I have found a nice size hole in my 2nd muffler my mate says this is way im losing soo much fuel? can someone please tell me why? or give me any reason why its loving the juice

nar that shouldnt contribute to ur engine majorly drinking.. more epa than anything

o2 sensors are a big factor in ur engines performance, as well as good engine maintainence. how well do u look after ur engine, regular services.. any error codes logged?

How much fuel is it using?

The O2 sensors seem to be the cause of excess usage most of the time

well say if i put $20 in and i do 60km trip it seems to love that prob push me down to fuel light

unless u have a major restriction in ur exhaust, a hole in the muffler wont make a noticeable change to engine performance..

back pressure is bullshit, the extractors help scavage the exhaust gases from the cylinders.. do a search for back pressure will give u the low down..

First up, you need to read what people have said already!

Simple questions really.. Just answer and that'll give them an idea of what could be going on..

Try searching through the forums too hey.. You can find out heaps by doing that. It saves the same thing being said 100 times over.

The search is up the top.. Says User CP, Sponsors, Donate, Arcade, FAQ, and so on.. Then it gets to Search! Type in a key word or 2 and go through and see if you can find anything that relates.

get a K&N Air filter it will solve all your problems and as for your hole?? just take off the exhaust from the cat problem solved you get +300kw uses less fuel than a diesel mini and all the chicks will wanna be with you....

i have a VS acclaim aswell and was just wondering??? do you have to hit the top of your cluster to get the fuel gauge stick up? lol when i turn my car on it sits on the stopper and then i have to hit the top of my cluster to get it up..... whats wrong??
