Vents in Cabin.

hey guys,
ive just finished installing a new heater box into my wagon..

i also installed a new Vacuum ball aswell.

my problem is that the Vents wont change direction now...

do i have to pressurise the system?. cause i changed the vacuum ball and let all the vacuum out?? i dunno


wat else could it be?... i made sure ALL hoses where plugged back in... i doubled checked and checked again...

There's a one-way valve in the vacuum line from the manifold to the firewall which then powers the vents - maybe this is stuck or wrong way round.

You will need to run the engine to get vacuum back. If you just fiddling with the vent settings on ignition you will be flailing.

how long will it take to get vacuum back?.. cause i took it for a 2min drive but still nothing...
