just swap over the centre, its less work keep ur spare axles and u can use if u need (also disc rotors). u know what condition ur driveline is in, and i wouldnt be dropping them in without inspecting the CV joints.

the only reason for swapping over the rear hubs is unless urs are noisy and u know the purchase has low kms.

the whole diff haydz. just unbolt the axle and tail shaft, their are four bolt's to undo to remove the diff from the cradle.
the diff weigh's around 55kg so get some help.

i'm not shure what you mean from "disk to disk" as that implies live axle.

nb: be mindfull of the ABS sensors

Disc to disc is the whole IRS cradle with control arms, driveshafts, diff etc.

The diff itself doesnt weigh 55kg no way, a normal person can pick one up and walk around with it reasonably easy.

And as stated i would just change the diff itself if you know your stuff is all good, and definately keep the driveshafts as spares, i did it and ive already needed to use one.

IRS diff is pretty heavy man, might not be 55kilos but I think it would be over 30 maybe 40?

you must be very strong to walk around with an lsd diff.

haydz: if just doing the diff, after fitting into the cradle only nip up the bolts.
after the axle, tailshaft are bolted to the diff, "loosen the cradle/diff bolts" and rotate the wheel.
this will centre the diff and allow it to run true then torque to required settings.
