My VS V6 makes a clicking sound when turning left. Not 100% what i need to replace.
bearing tops! 100% there like $5 from all auto parts places and the sit on top of the strut before it couches the body at the front!
also if that doesnt fix it, try checking your diff... sometimes the internals of a diff "chatter" when worn
does it click when braking or hitting bumps or only turning left?
Check to see if any of the rubber bushes at each end of the stabiliser links (attached to the stabiliser bar) are missing.
Check your steering rack and tie rod ends. The bushes will probably need replacing as well.

Check your tie rod ends. Might have play in the ball joints. To do a quick test, turn the motor off and with the wheels straight ahead on firm ground, move the steering wheel side to side. You shouldn't feel or hear any noise or have much play.
tie rods here also
the sound is also coming from the front left. forgot to mention that.
Did you check what has been posted?
