VR 5HDD auto

I have a VR V6 with a 5HDD auto, there is a small black rubber hose connected to the top of the bell housing area, the other end is floating in the breeze, where does it connect to and what does it do?

just a breather line.... leave it alone...

yeah just leave it it's a breather line, or if it does annoy you you can pull it off and shorten it a little.

Doesn't it hook into a steel line emissions down on the drivers side chassis rail under the brake booster?

Its not connected to emissions it just sits in the chassis tube so it dosent fill with water mud ect pull it off if it gives you the shits

Thanx guys, never noticed it B4, put extractors on a few weeks ago and never seen it, had a look under the car today to scope replacing the P/S H/P hose with the pace makers on and here is this hose hanging down on the extractors.
I will just tuck it up out the way.
