Cool VR Calais Project, V6 Buick....

    G'day.

I'm undertaking a project at the moment. The build is on a 1994 VR Calais in awesome condition. I am a diesel mech by trade which helps but I'm chasing anyone thats done any similar engine mods, So far including the purchase of the vehicle I'm down 10k with an estimated 15k to be spent over the next three months. My mods so far are:

    Engine

    30 thou bore
ACL race series gasket kit - unsure about pistons as yet due to twin turbo or charger possibility...
4.2 litre C.O.M.E. Racing stroker with H beam rods
custom twin throttle bodies with ported and polished heads (standard valves) fed by 65mm? throttle bodies with K&N pods (custom plumbing to poke their noses out of the hood
Crow timing set (chain (single) and gears)
    New lifters (nothing special)
    ROSS Toughbond harmonic balancer
Internals - springs, valve faces, extractors etc will be ceramic coated when I get the heads back.
    TE Magna Injectors
Stage three custom grind once everything else is done ie CC'd my heads and had em flow tested
and a few other odds and sods

    Drive Line

    Flywheel unsure as yet!
    Exedy HD clutch
T5 BorgWarner with short shifter and manual loom
Diff????????????????????????????? NOT SURE IF ITS LSD YET AS I AM LAZY!!!!!!!!!!

    Suspension

Front and Rear 30mm Low Kings
    Full Nolathane conversion
    K-Mac 30mm front sway bar
    Whiteline strut brace

    Brakes

DBA slotted and cross drilled rotors on fronts with braided brake line by Sydney brake centre
VT calipers (Haven't decided what to do about the master cylinder and booster yet!)
Rears will be stock with decent rotors

HEEEEEAAAAAPPPPPSSSSSS OF CHROME Aluminium AND BILLET

    Striker plates
    Bonnet Hinges
    PS reservoir and cap
    radiator
    Rocker Covers
    Gauge mounts
    Idler Pulley
fuse box covers and HEEEEAAAAPPPPPS MORE...

I'm generally looking for people to comment on past experiences with similar things mentioned above and also to answer a couple of questions...
    1. Will the manual harness from a VR be ok to run the VR Calais BCM???
    2. Does it take long to rewire the car to hide the loom etc
    3. Is the stock VR Manual ECU and fuel pump capable of running the donk?
    4. What do you think about my diff (This is a daily driver!!!)
    5. If you've done something similar how many horsies are you pumping out at the flywheel and wheels? I'm kinda expecting max torque outta this old bus!

Thanks for reading my post people!!!
