Nah theres no sticker on the panel, the loom is just hanging around near the bottom of the steering column. Any ideas what size amped relay and whether it should be normally open or closed? Not sure what the other does. Some one must have the same loom in there vr.

The 5 pin one is the drivers window one and the 4 pin one is power window related or something that I cannot remember.

The Vr and Vs are different in terms of wiring down there.

they dont look like factory items, but kinda do. the relays under there are in the block with fuses. havent seen em outside like that.

with ur power window conversion, do u have the metal contacts/pins in the relay and fuse spots according to the sticker on ur panel there? if u do follow this: cant get windows working

if u dont have the pins/contacts, follow the how-to in the how-to section, i believe its a sticky

Both of them are for your power windows.

Make sure you you get the right relays for them Especially the 5 pin one
If your doing the power window conversion checkout all the threads on here they offer some good info.

For the 4 pin relay just use the same relays that are in the fuse panel.
For the 5 pin one you need to go to Holden and order in a drivers window relay which costs $23.

I tried all the 5 pin relays from commodores but all blew the fuse, the 5 pin fuse from Holden has different circuitry.

Ephect this is factory on the VR hence my comment in the other thread about power windows. The VR and VS have different wiring.

Did you try the metal relays in fuse box under the bonnet? they have the correct pin outs.
