tranny problems

hi all got a prob with my tranny. If i pull up to a dead stop and go to take off again it feels like it not engaging first properly. but when i put the foot down it locks in properly. I know the converters not too flash as i get that annoying drone at 100 to 110 kmh under load . if i have to get a new converter should it be stock or can you get them beefed up . as the old girl does a 1200 klm a week

yep spot on and clean not burnt

Has it been a while since its had a service. The filter gets a bit clogged after a while. A new filter and gasket and some Dexron 111 might be all you need.

it had a service 50000klm ago. but i might do one this weekend to see if anythings in the pan
