    Default v6 220cc overzize injectors

hey guys, i saw some 220cc oversize injectors on ebay for $170, would they make the engine go harder (i have a vs v6) and would the engine use more fuel under normal driving conditions?

Just slapping a set of squirters on a stock or bolt on V6 (or V8 for that matter) would be a complete and utter disaster. The car will use more fuel, be down on fuel and run like a dog (if at all). If your car has a blower/turbo or is highly modified then larger injectors may be required however it is also very important that you get the car tuned to suit the new injectors.

dude, if you put larger injectors on a car that isnt tuned for it, it will be pointless because the computer will dial back the flow to whatever the factory ones squirted out as soon as it realises more fuel is coming out than normal.

Once the computer gets used to the larger injectors, it wont be squirting any more petrol out than the ones you have at the moment.
