COME Cam help

I have brought what should be a stage 3 cam made by C.O.M.E Racing for my ecotec. It was all a package with the ported + polished heads and memcal. only thing is i measure the lobes and altho u can easily tell the duration of the lift is longer, its not as high. isn't this the whole point of a Cam higher lift and duration??

camshafts are black magic simply measuring it will tell you nothing of the duration and lift unless you really know what your doing .
I have changed a can over in a datsun 260z the one i was pulling out had power from 1500rpm to 4500 rpm, the one i put in looked no different but made power from 4500rpm to 9000rpm.
