Default HELP brake bleed nipple stuffed

I've just spent the last hour trying to loosen the last bleed nipple but it's eventually started to round off and even vice grips have failed. How do i get it out? I'm thinking maybe easy outs broken screw extractors.

It's really beyond me why they make the hex part of the nipple so small and out of such a soft metal.

Soak it it WD40 or similar.

But once it breaks the only way to get it out is to drill and retap. It would be a lot easier to just go and buy another caliper.

The taper at the end of the nipple that seals it corrodes and locks together. The joys of steel in aluminium.

Thanks for the quick reply, i ended up hammering a one size smaller socket onto it and ratcheting it out.
