Fitting Drivers Side Window

hey guys my mate has a vr-s commodore and his window got smashed we are trying to put the new one in but having a real hard time getting it on the runners and in properly...si there any trick to it?

Make sure you have the window mechanism down as low as it will go before you try and fit the glass.

A trick with new toyotas is you pull the window bailey channels out put the window in then slide the baily channels back down with the help of some silicone spray i have never sone it to a vs tho
