    Question Window Tint

    Hey all

    im thinking of getting midnight express tint on my vs ute

    now i know u can have tinted side windows but the rear window can that be tinted too?

    Just wanna know if any has had bad experiences with it and how much they charge you

    yes u can get the bak window tinted its legal
    i got my tint too dark on my vs ute and at night it makes it verry very hard to see at night when reversing lol but midnite would b ok its wat 30%?? i got 12%

    thanks mate

    thats pretty good around 300ish for a sedan, i only got 2 windows and the small one on the back, so it shud be cheaper, hopefully lol

    As far as I know, on a Ute, the front window can be 70%, sides 35% and I dont think there is any limit on the rear window, as often you cant see out the back due to bars/toolboxes/stickers etc anyway.
    Dont quote me though.

    my tints so dark i have to have my p plate syuck to the out side of the window with clear contact couldn't find magnetic ones and i've been told they're illegal anyway

    Hope you have a towbar, you WILL hit things when you reverse at night.

    Midnight express isn't hard to see out of though. I can still see fine reversing out my driveway at night

    yes i can, i dont really drive at night anyway and if i ever do have to reverse im always parked in areas with plenty of light

    I don't know what the % value of the cars I've driven is, all I know is that I would never get a really dark tint on my car.
