    Default

7mm or 8mm socket for hose clamps and assocated bits
    water
    hose
    aircompressor
normal water preassure will not do it properly i have tried this and after a flush the rad was still blocked 35% so if uve no compressor u are wasting ur time still want to try
    run car get it warm
    turn car off
remove bottom hose and drain water
remove trans lines and block ends
    remove top hose
remove thermostat housing remove thermostat and reinstall housing
remove rad by squezing tabs together tabs at top sides of rad
run as much water at a huge preassure into the rad have rad upside down as u need to reverse the usual flow at the same time put compessed air into rad to help blasting using a tool made up with a blower /tap end and an old rad hose (DO NOT DAMMAGE THE FINS AS THIS WILL HAMPER AIR FLOW) blocking and releasing again and again
remove over flow bottle and clean(put small rocks and some C L R and shake like hell
flush engine and heater the same way as the rad(reverse flo)
run a wire brush up and down the fins to straighted any bent ones
this will not flush ur rad properly the only way is to strip the tanks off but it may help
installation is the reverse taking care to bleed all air out of the sytem using the bleed nipple on the thermostat i may have forgotten a few things but u should be ok
