Black
Silver
Hey,
i want to put mesh in the front bumper of my red vs ute but dont know if i should go dilver or black, ive heard people say silver grills in a commodore are rice, but i dont mind the look of them, but then again i m yet to see black msh in them
if somebody has a picture of a vs with black mesh in the bumper pls post a picture
ive got the blue mesh from autobarn and sprayed it black, its behind my front bumper no pics atm tho
I voted silver, but if you have to do it, do it in a dark silver.
Actually, now that i think about it a matte black would be alright too

To save me starting a new post..
ATM im installing air horns, the kit i got didnot include a switch, what type of switch am i supposed to use? (EG toggle, momentory?)
It has relay so i thought it just might need to "latch on"?
But if i put a momentory switch in will i need to hold it down for it to play? or could i just press and release and it would play once then stop?
Ive been thinking about doing the mesh thing also, and the same question came to me, black or silver? Would be great if anyone has some pics of there vr/vs's with either coloured mesh?
silver.. Just hasnt been secured flush with the bumper, but at level hieght, it can't be noticed anyway.
I have mesh in my front bar i am constanly pulling butterflys and road debree out of my front bar now tho (bye the way silver mesh GAY)

I can see how silver mesh can look bad on some cars, but I think it blends in fairly well on mine with the wheels and chrome side strips.
I've been thinking about installing foggies in my stock bar, and while I had it off I was thinking about doing this to mine too... I'd just be going with matte black though. I only really want it for the practical alternative, it looks pretty ricey if done wrong. Voted Black![]()
I think the general concensus of this thread is that if you are going to do it, do it in the most subtle way possible. Make it invisible if possible

I thought about black mesh, but because my car is already dark green I went with Sliver. I think it came up really well. if i can get online at home i'll post a pic for you.
I personally don't see the point of using mesh unless you have an IC to protect, but I think your car would look good either way, maybe the black would go a bit better with your Rims, etc..
