Hey,

I am in a spot of bother with my VS. It has slowly gotten rougher and rougher over the past year in the idle and also the pick up. I have recently serviced her and checked for any problems ect. Cleaned the throttle body and replaced the IAC valve because it was clogged and that helped but it still runs rough.

The main prob is this noise that is heard from engine when accelerated. It sounds like a hissy type of noise for air leak of some sort that when heard makes my engine sluggish. I have checked the purge hose and seems that it doesn't leak ect. I can't seem to find where i comes from.... The airflow meter right next to the air cleaner makes quite a strong sucking noise but i am not sure if that is meant to be that noisy or it is leaking. If you guys have any ideas it would be greatly appriciated....
