Hey i just recently bought a VS SS 355 lowered onto 19" storm mags 5sp manual with 195K on it just woundering what your opinion on it is and what type of price would you expect to pay for such a ride? o and the bonnet and boot have been resprayed.

Not an easy thing to price a car from 1 photo with some big rims on it.

Red book on the net can give a reasonable price range for you. Also you could look at carsales on line for a price indicator.

Whan you purchased the car - did you get it at a "good price" and are now looking to make a little profit on the deal?

the reason im selling is because my missus is on her p's so she cant drive it which means i cant drink haha. the rims are 19" storms. and yes i did get it at a reasonable price wat i mean to ask is the stroker gonna add value to it or is it just gonna appeal to a hoon looking for a deal?

Strokers are not a cheap mod to do so if done properly and in good nic - you should sell it easy as.

Having said that though, there are still a lot of reasons modified cars don't sell. Especially when the owner tries to make money back on their mods.

Selling a good (from what we can see) car so you can get pissed and your misses can act as a taxi for you. Good to see priorities in order.

haha been talking to the missus and she said i can keep the car as long as i buy her a cheap 4cyl woop so yeah you will c me cruising the streets of tville in a stroked ss for a while longer.

i did buy the car cheap (REAL cheap $3000) bought it off a mate that lost his licence and just need the cash. ive had it looked over buy a real good mechanic up here that has worked with these engines a lot and he said that there is nothing wrong with it except that the air-con compressor has been pulled out.
