engine light on and stall time to time asap help

hi all im fixing up a vr 1995 last week the fuel pump shit its self i replaced that with a second hand on Wednesday and last night that shit its self so i put a new 1 in today and it didn't fill right it would stall time to time but just up again and 20 mins ago both head lights blown at the same time the went very bright then nothing and at the same time my indicators don't work hazard works but no indicator what the hell is going on from 1 prob to a 1000 probs

guy please help me asap

Checking error codes VR/VS (Revised)

Check that out if you haven't already.

Check you haven't shorted out the wires around the fuel pump. Also check the thicker cable that bolts to the rear of the alternator - this has a habit of failing and will cause all sorts of electrical problems.
