Hi. I have a 94 VR Statesman. Was running fine until a few days ago, then it started to chug a lot whilst driving, like it was having trouble getting fuel. It still starts every time, but when you put your foot on accelerator, just chugs a few times and eventually stalls. There is a high pitched whistling sound coming from car ( I'm guessing fuel pump ). Do you guys think if I replaced fuel pump / filter that would solve problem ?

Yes I know, if you get anymore manly you are in danger of making yourself pregnant!
Since i've had the car ( About 3 months ) a light has been on the dash. It's a light bulb with a ! mark, is that anyting to do with it?
No, thats a check brake light. Must likely you just need to top up the brake fluid. And from the sounds of things you might need a fump pump
NEVER LATE IN A 355ci
Suggest fuel filter needs replacing.
