Brake booster.

got mine replaced yesterday. it came to the point where the car would stall everytime i would attempt to brake, result was too much air intake and a leak.
anyways.. paid for a reco & upgraded aftermarket VR brake booster.
the cars 95% better, only thing is, it still stalls when engines cold. not everytime but.
and my exhaust braking wasnt the same as before.
its not smooth and my muffler used to pop couple of times commin from 60 droppin to 2nd.

could these guys have missed something when fixing it?
anything i can do.
or just take it back asap?

I dont think it will help, but have you reset the ecu.
