vr sump gasket.. opinions

so the sump gasket needs to be replaced. just after ppls opinions as to wether its easier to pull the engine and box out to replace or if its easier to remove the k frame. im thinking that i will just remove the engine for easier access. either way its a pain in the ass just to replace a sump gasket

Please post up when you have had success with replacing the gasket because i am interested because i may also have to replace mine....

Drop the K Frame

so i ended up dropping the k frame. its a bitch of a job to do, not hard just time consuming removing all the associated bits. that and it rained the whole weekend. also had to drop the exhaust to get the transmission dust cover off. all up it took all day sat and sun. but now it doesnt leak one drop of oil
