VR V6 memcal modes

Does anyone know how to disable vehicle security in VR memcals? We are trying to use a VR V6 in a speedway car and I believe that the security is stopping it from running. I have been looking through the BIN file using TunerPro but I can't find it.
Any help would be appreciated.
