my vs calais is on lpg and when i instal my cai with stock filter it drives fine but when i take my foot off the gas and car is moving at a decent speed it stalls, and it never does this with the cai off the car and i think my gas dosent like the cold air but i have no clue and any help would be very handy
thanks
do you have a hose from the CAI or airbox into the top of the gas converter so it senses the pressurised air going into the CAI
I tune the oldschool way fear on the passengers face and knuckle colour cant go wrong
tabbacco is still my favorite vegetable
You must of left the balance line off, thats why it is stalling. Make a new hole in the CAI, for the balance line (remember it has to be on the dirty side of the air filter)
NEVER LATE IN A 355ci
I'm at work but I just did this on my car.. Ill put up a pic in a sec when I get a chance
thnx 4 da info and a pik would also be gr8
fitting going into the airbox, before the filter
running up along the passenger side of the engine bay
up to the convertor
close up of it joining at convertor

thnx mate that helps tons ill go install it now thnx
just with fitting it to the dirty side, how can it be done by using a pod filter?
The missus has a VN dedicated LPG with a pod and there is no balance line.
does it make a difference when its running duel fuel apposed to dedicated LPG though? reason being my whole air intake is f***ed, there is duck tape holding a pipe seal so i was planning on redoing the whole thing but just needed to know if theres any issues with having the LPG system on it.
