    Fair enough ba...

Might chuck some sl's in the back and l's in the front so it rides evenly... then it's low without being ridiculous.

I'll chuck up some photos of the sub and amp tomorrow arvo for ya.

We're gonna head out to Capital Steering & Susp. on monday or tuesday and ask about legalities springwise... my old man won't let me drive anything illegal.

    Updates when they happen

looks good mate. i remember when my car was that high and believe me its drives much better once its been lowered. you should de-badge it, remove the mud guards, take off the tow bar and replace those tail lights with calais/berlina ones. I have ultra lows in the rear and super lows in the front of my vs and im on my l's and i havent had any police attention at all. I love the color

    Cheers mate

Yeah, my old man has talked me into keeping the mudguards, but i like the tail lights idea. I do wanna change, I just wanna find the right set before I do it

I might badge it, but I definitely wanna paint over the plastic liner across the back of the boot...

The colour was like this when I got, and there are some minor stone chips on the bonnet but nothing I'm complaining about. It does ride pretty rough at the moment with the new wheels, so the new springs should be good. I think I might put a lukey on it aswell :P

Got new pics of sub and amp as requested

    Quick update:

Painted my garnish, put in some calais/berlina tail lights: looks heaps better nowadays.

I cracked my sub (Kenwood 12") and thinking i'm gonna buy twin Alpine Type S ones to replace it.

Lol, tint always ends up bubbling and looking shithouse :P

I've been heaps slack and haven't done anything for ages, so I'm gonna put a neon that flashes to the bass in sometime this week... just scrolling the forums to see what an alternative power source is to the cigarette lighter, because my amp remote wire is down there and the wires were butchered and thus shortened in the process :/

Thinking I'd run it off the battery, through the firewall to its destination (near the head-deck). The unit came with a switch, so if I wired like I described and turned the switch off when I got out, it would work, yes?

Yep would work mate but make sure you get a fuse for it.
I still say its easier to run it off a source that's already in the cabin though, there are millions. Headunit power for example.

So... power it straight off the back of the deck, you mean? Off accessories?

Or wire it straight off the battery to a spare fuse socket, then to its destination?
