hi need some help code 68 & 75

gday there hopefully someone can help me lol

I have got the following codes that have came up on my vr commdore after having an issue last night.


They were as follows 68 trans slipping
and Code 75 - System Voltage Low

Is not to worry about the 68 one as that been there for a couple years

But the 75 one is a new one is trying to find out infomation on it and what causes it.

What the car does is every now and then come up with the battery warning light while on the move. this goes on for a few weeks then ya go out and try to start the car after a short trip it will not start for about 30 mins. And the thing goes back to normal eg No battery warning light etc until a few weeks later and go through the same thing. But this time was on the move and lost power all electrical stuff died eg radio headlights etc but car was still running parked up and while in park it reved above it normal idle and the electrical stuff finally kicked back in and idle return to normal. Switched car but was not able to restart it for about 30 mins any ideas

had a similiar problem only mine was overcharging...its the alternator regulator and brush assembly on the back, what it does it control the output of the alternator as to not blow the battery. the new bosch part cost me $65 from repco, and takes about 10 minutes to swap. let me know ill give you more info
