Vr commodore seats

my passneger seat is broken and it tilts back on the drivers side only, and i think i need a new seat. i searched here and found that the vr can get vs seats aswell as stato etc. correct me if im wrong. and does anyone have a rough price of wot they think is reasonable or do they know how i can fix it??

I bought a set of acclaim seats front and back for $20 off ebay. Ifyour going to replace them atleast get some that are bolstered if you havnt already got them. The exec ones are pretty crappy.

Do you mean that the seat reclines over a period of time by itself? There is a fix on this, do a search it seemed pretty easy when I read it.

yeah it reclines by itself but it feels as though one side os broken and it leans back alot

Happened in my old VS aswell, followed the guide and worked a treat.

yeah you would be right in saying that... on the side clostest to the centre console there was a bolt missing, i found it and it all good. thanks for ya help

okay.. uhm, i know this is like over a year old.. but i'm going to steal it.. okay so my seat leans back too, at first i thought the person who started this had the same issue, but read through and no... so anyway, my seat leans back, some kind of mount has broken at the front right of the seat, right beneath the thing the seat slides back in... i found the problem, and took a picture of it. however; i dont know how to/if i can fix it. could anyone be of some help? (my car is a vn, i just didnt wanna start a whole new thread..)

The second picture is to show where its broken, them two peices should be together. (that is with the seat leaned back so i could get a bit better veiw of where the problem is.) Thanks allot guys.
