OK here we go.
today i was in the main st of town.
and all was good turned car off.
went and did some shoping.
come back to car it started and sounded like it had the lumpest cam in the world really strugling to idle i tryed to give it a bit of a rev it just dyed.
so called up a mate we tryed starting it again and i held the revs up a bit and idle was back to normal and so on.
when i get home checked error codes all clear check plugs and leads which both are new.
so now im lookijng into fuel pump as i cant hear it when i put ignition on .
what do you guys think.
Thankyou.

The fuel pump either works or not....no in-between as far as I'm aware. Could have been anything from a blocked fuel filter to a short somewhere in the ignition high tension wires.
I'd keep a close ear to the engine - maybe run it in the dark if has a miss to detect and spark leakage.
Nothing worse than this sort of problem!!
airflow meter
unplug it and see what happens
it was the fuel pump i fixed that now im getting code 46 so goin to try and do my crank angle sensor and see how i go

Had the same issues.Probably the fuel pump if you cant hear it turn for a couple of seconds when ignition lights on from the rear right cause thats where its located. But it may be ok then not start next time you jump in.Do the CAS too if you can.
