VR VS radior support

Hi guys My Vs smashed last week does any one knw how to replace top and bottom radiator support as it all welded. Any tips and trick plz if its with picture will be great. Thx

had no radiator support at all when i got my vr, went to wreckers, got one for $45 and welded it myself.
its not that hard, gotta know wat u doing. same with cutting it off.
