    Default !!high flow cat???

    hey guys
    this might sound like a stupid question. but i am wondering what a high flow cat is. is it simply removing the baffle from inside the cat converter.. or....

    A hi flow cat has more flow through the substrate than a standard cat. But the higher the flow usually means the less it actually works.

    i dont mean to steal your thread,but would there actually be a noticable power gain from these? Ive got a cai,pacemakers,k&n filter,power chip and a redback exhaust.

    havnt replace them myself but heard its not worth it, unless you have a fair bot of work done.

    And dont just remove the baffle from the standard cat.. Your exhuast will smell like fart and if you get caught theres a large fine waiting for you.
