mine did this ages ago when i had the vs, i pulled the stalk out and opened it up, where the stalk 'bends' the wires had slowly worn through, i cut them out and soldered new wires in, thicker ones so they wouldnt bust so easy next time.
Need some parts for my VH 253:
Green standard steering wheel...Green lower B-pillar covers.
Green sunglasses holder/lower dash bits...Air-con and assorted engine bay parts.
PM with any info.
with the brakes off, it was a closed circuit
