VS UTE Long Range Fuel Tank

I am interested to know if anyone has installed a Long range fuel tank into a VS Ute ?

I'm thinking of chopping two tanks apart and getting them joined together to hopefully come upto around the 100L mark.

Are there any pitfalls i should know about before taking this project to the welders ?

I would try and find the long range one intact (80l) I am guessing you have 63 at the moment?
