Sounds like it's come out of its rails. Take the door trim off and see if you can reposition it.

Could be a broken nylon runner, $3 or $4 from Holden.

is that the thing that runs down the front of the door, next to the side mirror?

because i pulled that thing out because it was hanging out so much it looked to be what was causing my original problems, but it didn't fix anything.

and also i cant get it back in :P

Remove your door trim... there is a how to for that somewhere here, and you should be able to find and fix your problems pretty easily.

    yeah i did that ^^

Found out it was a bolt that has a smooth top so i cant tighten it back into position, so i took it out, cut a head into it, and now it wont screw in anymore and it aint tight and holding the power window assembley
