l67 stalling

my engine when i start it up randomly stalls
starts fine idles fine when i have my foot on the accelrator
but if i let it go it stalls no lights are on the dash tho
any help would be muchly appreciated

First thing to do is an fault code check:
Checking error codes VR/VS (Revised)

This may give an indication.
