whats the go with this? My mate and I tried to put his vn v8 exhaust into the vs and his exhaust seems to be hitting the drive shaft. :/
Is there any difference between the two or is it his piping thats different? :/ pretty pissed I spent so long trying to get it off just to find it doesnt fit lol
So it seems. lol Decided to put exhaust up for sale and find one that fits lol
VS's exhausts are IRS, VN's aren't.

Yes I know, if you get anymore manly you are in danger of making yourself pregnant!
yeah my VS has a live axle as well
my mrs`s VS V6 has a flexijoint on the apex of the bend over the driveshaft but my vr v8 does not. I`d say that might hold some importance.
The VS V6 has the cat in a different spot, more to the centre of the car and further back. The flange join is different too. The VN-VS V8's are all the same if the rear ends are the same, IE IRS or live axle. VN-VR V6 are all the same though, live axle to live axle, and IRS to IRS.
Oh well. :/ exhaust for sale then lol
I have a VN v8 exhaust on my VR v6. It fit up fine, the flexi wasnt much of an issue. Im not sure what issues you would have regarding the cat and the flanges, but the VN V8 exhaust bolted straight up to the VR V6 y-section without the cat there..
Il have a look at the VS i bought when it arrives here, some time this week.
Thanks mate. Its hitting the drive shaft. bent the opposite way the OEM one is
