just found a holden vr engine ???

ok i just found a vr 3.8L engine it has been converted to gas is it easy to convert back fuel? and it has bad compression he wants $80 without alternator water pump ect is it worth it so i can slowly rebuild ???? ?

c if u can wind the engine over by hand . if it doesn't lock-up , do it .

if it is low on compression could be a result of over heating depending how bad could of lost some density in the heads .i personally would buy a good runner for a few hundred will be a much better building block

slowly rebuild? what are u hoping to achieve with it? u could go to a wrecker ask for a shocker, maybe pay 30 dollars then go from there
