What would need replacing in a 97 VS V8 Calais after 320 000 ks?

Hi guys,

Im looking at buying a 1997 VS Calais 5ltr, What do you think would need replacing after 320 000ks? It is very tidy, at a reasonable price and has got a brand new warrent of fitness. And completely stock.
* If this has been posted before please point me in the right direction.
