worth doing?

Hey my brother brought a vs ute with a vx v6 engine with a turbo running 5 pound boost with a full exhasut, We are after some tips of what we could do to help get some more power? is it worth taking out the air con? and for some reason he wants to take off the power steering pump aswell? would taking off either one of them gain much in power at all?

not really much at all i mean ok maybe a fraction less weight on the vehicle plus 2 things less the engine needs to turn over but mate at the end of the day imo it is not worth doing at all you wont even notice the difference
