Problems with rims/vicpol

Hi guys,

i got a VS Staty series 1 came with factory 15's, i bought 19's for it a while ago, anyway long story short i got pulled up and roadworthied.

got done for 2 lame things and then the rims!!

what i'm wondering is there any way that i can make it so that i can drive off with the rims on?.

If solution is replace tyre placard please be aware of these things - 19x8 rims, 235/35 tyres and load rating 615kg - if it is replace tyre placard which model should i get to ensure that i meet these requirements.

call the traffic authority in your state, and ask them for a list of engineers in your area. then call the engineer and talk to them about it.

basically, they can, if they believe its all good, sign it off to say its roadworthy.

it'll cost a bit but its a better solution in the long run

This changing placard thing is a load of crap, the cops know what placard belongs on which car.

and at the end of the day they can still yellow sticker you even if it is legal, and they just think it isnt. Meaning you have to get it roadworthied just because they dont like the look of you.
