VS Exhaust Question

I am interested in purchasing a second hand cat back system. It was fitted to a VS SS Manual. I was just wondering whether there is any problem bolting it to my VS Ecotec Manual. I will be purchasing the headers and y pipe at a later date to fit it from the front end, more wondering whether it will bolt straight to the undercarriage. thanks

Should bolt up. I think it's only the Statesman ones that need modifying due to being longer. Provided both cars are IRS it should fit.

as far as i know both my car and the car they came off were both non IRS. Does that make any difference?

if both the same as in both irs it should fit both non irs should fit

Ummmm sorry to throw a spanner in the works, but no, it won't fit.

V8 and V6 have different front mufflers. The cat is in a different spot and the flange on the cat is different too.
