please help vr vs alarm?

hey guess i find this hard to believe but my boss told me 2day about the vr vs alarm i think?
if the alarm is not working properly or yur locked out yuu can manualy open the doors with the keys and put the key in the ignition on the on position and wait 1 hour and then crank it is this truee? if it is how to do it?

the alarm should either be working or not. With my berlina model i can't use the key to open anything i have to first unlock one door with the pad to disable the alarm.

It's a myth I tell ya! My VS Acclaim starts fine even though my key head is completely dead. I have to use the key to manually unlock the door, and then just start it normally.
