    Default deciding on a highflow cat

    hey guys just finished my car been dynoed tuned already with a catback 2.5inch sports mufflers on the rear and stock cat i gained good power results hitting around the 270rwhp

    im deciding if i should piss off the stock cat and run a belistic metal stainless high flow cat maybe like a 100 or 200 cell

    would this diffete the purpose on my tune meaning would it wack it out since more gasses are gonna be let threw and is it worth buying it

    Firstly go the Ballistic 100cpi cats and secondly you may require a touch up tune as it will flow much better than the stock 400cpi cat you have.

    hrm oki mate just wondering if the car will be drivable driving back from ingleburn then when i drop it off next week i can get my mechanic to do a street tune on it wat places sell those ballistic 100 cell cats any ideas?

    It will be fine for normal driving just don't try to torque the engine up or high rev it.
    Just keep in a gear that keeps the engine the middle of the rev range that way there will less likelyhood of detonation.
