lsd were only an option on them. only the sports models came out with them stock.
I don't think any model had them stock, maybe some HSV's, but as far as I know they were all optioned.
BT1's and V8's have LSD's AFAIK.
BT1's i know for sure do.
selling vp calais wheels with 97% rubber hardly used!
yeah the BT1's definately came out with LSD as standard. I also thought the SS came out with them aswell.
as far as your car having it just check under the diff and have a look. if its not too dirty youll be able to see the words "high performance" or "lsd" written on the diff housing. or alternatively do a burnout in your driveway and count how many lines you leave.
This should answer your questions.
All V8's didn't have an LSD, they had shot peened gears I think. This thread also makes mention that the "high performance" tag with no mention of LSD means it's not an LSD.
The ZOMGWTFBBQLOL how to tell if i have an LSD thread:
i did 4 burnouts in drive way as you sed and 3 were two wheels and one was one wheel. then dad came out and i got in trouble coz we live in rented house.but then he sed that on smooth ground it will spin both but in rough or grippy ground it will spin one. i will hav a look tonight after school. i dont no if this helps but it is inderpendent rear end (i know bag spelling).

if its spinning 2 wheels even occasionally it must be a LSD. standard diffs only spin one wheel never 2.
