paint/remove trolley strips and paint door handles to match the car color
seat covers for the interior and neon interior lights if you haven't thought of that already
debadging is popular, could take the trolley strips off the sides if you're confident. apart from that maybe lower it (proper, not cut springs)
yeah cheap mods give it a really good detail(wash, clay, polish, wax) and same with the interior
you can get lowerd springs pritty cheap these days
get rid of those trolley strips
and she will start to look better
my 1996 vs berlina

Interior:
Door trims off a better model really clean up the boring execs $50-100
for the love of god DONT PAINT INTERIOR PLASTICS
Some fancy seats out of calais\hsv - $300-1000 depending on model/condition
Thats about all i feel needs changing inside.
Exterior:
Seeing as the cars white, shouldnt be too hard sourcing white side mirrors/door handles/rear garnish, or you could try painting them up yourself.
Lowered tastefully and safely
Any wheels as long as they are in good nic and no hub caps.
White walls look good on a white car, but need a lot of maintenance
Could strip the side moulds if it floats your boat (i like them)
Calais\berlina tailights.
Make sure none of your headlights/tailights are faded or yellow. IMO this is one of the more important things to keeping a car looking good on the outside.
A wash, polish and wax.
debadge everything except the holden lions
That would turn it into a real neat cruiser
oh yea cool im getting legal clear tail lights for it. as for the trolly strips would it be easyer to paint over them i dont think im confordent to take them off

I did. Then i bought them lol
I'd go with the better model factory seats, I've got full leather vn calais seats in my Vr executive, really really tidies the interior up and gives it some class. Comfy as to. And lets face it, a commodore isn't a race car...
But it comes to personal choice in the end, do what you like, its your car
