    Default air conditioning system diagram.

    g'day,

im after a diagram for the whole air conditioning system for a vs ute (cant imagine it being any different than the sedan/wagon/stato) as i am going to fit my ute with some sweet a/c, as its a tad too warm driving around without it.

    help would be much appreciated.

If you still need it I can send you a JPG of the wiring diagran and a few pages of the ventilation and A/C section of the WS manual. It's a big job with a lot of hassles! You will need to PM me your email address first.

Ive got a VS Climate Control HVAC in my S1 VN so i rekon there all pretty much the same, just a change of vents from VP-VR but thats a easy swap with your old unit.

Did your ute come with no aircon at all, or is it stuffed?

yeah no air con, what a dud car hey.. ahh thats cool, love to have the climate control setup in my ute, but being holden it would be grey most likely. DAMN i hate the grey, why cant it be black.

i'd have to get it painted somehow, but that could be a little too hard. maybe i could do a black with grey interior..

Well im pretty sure the climate modual is more black then grey.

If your installing aircon into a car thats got none i would hope the loom is there for it

If its not it will proberly be easier to swap the whole loom over.

Too bad your not in NSW, i just put all my old aircon stuff out front for cleanup.

ahh damn, that would have been handy. i'll find some stuff soon.

yeah, i'll be pulling everything out of the interior as it needs new carpet, might put a better stereo in there while im at it. so swapping the loom isn't much of a biggie.
