Default do i need new windows to fix this?

    g'day,

as the tint on my ute is practically stuffed, and summer is upon us, i figured that getting the tint re-done was a good idea. but on my side windows, the part where it is blacked out is damaged. im not sure how, but its been like it since i bought it about 12 months ago.

heres a picture of what i mean. sorry for the dirty window.

both of the windows have done the same thing, and im not sure what to do about it, whether to find some windows that aren't like that or is this fixable.

my drivers side door window has wear from going up and down on the outside, this should be able to be polished out using a glass polish right?

    cheers

glass polish can only do so much, so it depends how bad it is.

The only way to fix bubbling or cracking or otherwise crapped out tint is to have it removed and re-done, which would be the best way to do it.

Nah that black stuff isn't tint. My windows have it around them as well, and when I pulled the tint off, they didn't come off with it. Just paint it.
