hey all sorry to be posting shit everywhere but i would like to no if i could put a blow off valve onto my v6 Auto VS without getting a turbo and intercooler if so how do i go about this?
is this a serious question ?
If you could fit it what would it be "blowing off" ????
well someone just told me before in my other post that i could:S
Only way I can think of is to use an air horn compressor and have the BOV set correctly.
Honestly there is no point, it wont offer any gains and people might even ROFL at you in real life.
In fact some of the members here will probably ROFL you and be rude, just ignore them.
Don't have a go at the replies, its your question that is wrong.
I only just noticed your other question re: fitting a turbo/intercooler and blow off valve.
But in this thread you make no mention of fitting a turbo only that you want fit blow off valve to a std V6 which is pretty stupid thing to want to do to a std engine.
I suggest you edit your question or delete it completely.

FFS are they avaiable on eaby and come with fitting instructions just like electric super chargers ???????
Trying for that fullee sik sound huh?
As mentioned above, BOV's do actually serve a practical purpose other than sounding "cool".
So, why did you think you needed one anyway?
surfwagon your comment what a waste of time no need for you to even look at this post when i found out the answer in the 3rd post:S

But seriously, NO.
Just get a turbo, or accept the fact you have a auto v6 vs.
a fake blow off valve theirs an idea that all non turbo Subaru drivers would love to buy just to go cruising chapel street with . Best idea to do with a blow off valve is stick a ducrk call on it . fun but no performance gains what so ever ... 20 years as a mechanic never laughed so hard till reading this thread ...
