overheating problem....

hey guys,well its not actually a overheating problem...when i pull up after driving my car i notice coolant coming out of the overflow hose from under the car.but the temp gauge is not even at 1/4??.would this be a radiator or thermostat problem...

check your cap seal as it pushing coolant out of the cooling system , have you bled the cooling system correctly ???

how do you bleed the cooling system? cheers

being a v8 its easy just run the engine with the cap off until the engine fan runs turn the heater tap to hot once it is hot the water level should settle replace cap and check overflow bottle level .

Try replacing the radiator cap.... a mates VT was doing the same thing, we changed the cap, and it was all good after that...
